member requirements
In accordance with the Tomball Memorial Student Council Constitution Article III Composition, in order to be considered an active member, members shall have the following qualifications and maintain them during the school year:
Each reporting period, members will receive a POINT SHEET. The minimum point requirement should be met in order to maintain active membership. You must bring your point sheet to every event to be signed by a leader. Each event on the point sheet must be signed in order to turn it in. Point opportunities will be posted via Social Media, the website and on the Student Council board outside of Room 2101. Signed point sheets will be due on the following dates: Point Sheet #1: October Meeting Point Sheet #3: March Meeting Point Sheet #2: December Meeting Point Sheet #4: May Meeting In order to participate in any public performances or off-campus activities, members must be UIL eligible. |

meetings and workdays
Members should plan to attend monthly Student Council meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Most meetings are held in the morning (7:20 am) and afternoon (2:55 pm). Meetings are held in the LGI or Room 2101.

(Room 2101) Members should plan on attending at least one work day each month. Work days are held on Wednesdays from 3:00 pm-4:30 pm in Room 2101. This is the time that the council uses to plan and implement projects. Meeting and Work Days are subject to change based on events. Read Remind each week in order to stay up to date with meeting and work day times and dates. |
